Products & Artwork

Hand-Painted Originals
  • All hand-painted original items are one-of-a-kind and sold as unique works of wearable art.
  • Due to the handmade nature of these pieces, minor variations, brush textures, and artistic differences are part of the design and not considered defects.
  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting.
Reprinted Wearable Art
  • Reprinted items feature Audrey's original artwork reproduced through professional print-on-demand partners.
  • Print placement, scale, and color may vary slightly depending on garment type and production method.

Custom Art Commissions

  • Custom commissions are created based on information, inspiration images, and stories provided by the customer.
  • By submitting images or ideas, you confirm that you have the right to share them and grant Audrey's ArtWear permission to use them solely for the purpose of creating your commissioned piece.
  • Once a custom commission is approved and payment is completed, all sales are final.
  • Audrey will provide a timeline estimate; timelines may vary depending on complexity, volume, and events beyond control.
  • Custom pieces are artistic interpretations and not exact replicas of reference photos.

Care Instructions

  • All hand-painted and reprinted wearable art is made to be worn and washed.
  • Recommended care:
  • Cold wash preferred
  • Dryer safe
  • Ironable
  • Audrey's ArtWear uses professional fabric paints, acrylics, and fabric mediums to ensure durability. Free touch-ups may be offered at Audrey's discretion.

Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment is required in full at checkout or upon commission approval.
  • Audrey's ArtWear reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Hand-painted originals and custom commissions are shipped directly by Audrey.
  • Reprinted items are fulfilled and shipped by third-party print-on-demand partners.
  • Shipping times vary depending on product type and destination.
  • Audrey's ArtWear is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Hand-painted originals and custom commissions are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Reprinted wearable art may be eligible for replacement only in cases of manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival.
  • Customers must contact Audrey's ArtWear within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details to report issues.

Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, designs, images, text, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Audrey's ArtWear.
  • Artwork may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
  • Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or reproduction rights.

Use of Images & Testimonials

By purchasing or commissioning artwork, you grant Audrey's ArtWear permission to:

  • Photograph finished pieces.
  • Share images of the artwork (not personal stories unless approved).
  • Use customer-submitted testimonials or photos for promotional purposes.
  • Requests for anonymity will always be respected upon request.

Limitation of Liability

  • Audrey's ArtWear is not liable for:
  • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to materials or fabrics.
  • Improper care or handling of garments.
  • Indirect or incidental damages related to product use.
  • All products are sold "as is" with artistic intent.

Privacy

  • Customer information is used solely for order fulfillment, communication, and business operations. Audrey's ArtWear does not sell or share personal data with third parties beyond what is necessary for payment processing and shipping.

Changes to Terms

  • Audrey's ArtWear reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page and take effect immediately upon publication.
